Known for being a pioneer of the romantic movement\, he penned such classics as ‘A Man’s a Man for A’ That’ and ‘Auld Lang Syne’.  To commemorate Burns’s life and impact on Scottish identity\, suppers are held around the globe on January 25th\, the day of his birth. \nOur celebratory Burns Supper will consist of five courses of traditional dishes of the British Isles\, modernized for a progressive palette by Chef Ben Grossmann. Each dish will be paired with a cocktail\, spirit\, or unique Scotch whiskey from our collection\, curated by Colin Howard. Known for being a pioneer of the romantic movement\, he penned such classics as ‘A Man’s a Man for A’ That’ and ‘Auld Lang Syne’.  To commemorate Burns’s life and impact on Scottish identity\, suppers are held around the globe on January 25th\, the day of his birth. \nOur celebratory Burns Supper will consist of five courses of traditional dishes of the British Isles\, modernized for a progressive palette by Chef Ben Grossmann.
