the Library’s Chef Ben Grossmann is thrilled to bring you our third installment of our Valentine’s Day Truffle Dinner! We will be serving up a bevy of indulgent courses, highlighting the exquisite seasonal truffles from regions in Oregon, France, and Italy and pairing them with unique sparkling wines selected by our Bar Manager, Kyle Sanders.
