An Evening with Suntory Chief Blender Emeritus, Seiichi Koshimizu

Join us for a remarkable evening with special guest Seiichi Koshimizu.  After a cocktail reception, Mr. Koshimizu will walk guests through the component whiskies that make up Hibiki and engage in lively discussion over some of Suntory’s finest!  A 4-course dinner featuring seasonal Pacific Northwest ingredients and Japanese cooking techniques from chef Jason West’s kitchen will accompany tastes of Hibiki as well as Yamazaki.  Guests will also receive a ticket to visit the world-class Portland Japanese Gardens.
