Portland’s Bull Run Distillery was founded in 2010 by Lee Medoff, the current Head Distiller. Passionate about both spirits and the local scene, Lee founded the first craft distillers guild in the United States, the Oregon Distillers Guild, and has been creating memorable and high-quality spirits since 1998, including producing wine and beer, and distilling several popular spirits for House Spirits, before the creation of Bull Run.

Join us in tasting and learning about several of the Bull Run expressions, as we are guided through the processes the team uses to select and distill the finest ingredients, to create complex and high quality local spirits from start to finish. Light bites will also be provided by our kitchen, and after the lively round table discussion, we invite you to relax around our fireplace for an additional dram!
