With the seasonal change upon us, we’ve decided to take advantage of the Pacific Northwest Fall bounty, and host an Autumnal dinner paired with some of our favorite local ciders. Join us on October 13th for this exciting and educational four-course dinner!
Our Head Chef Ben Grossmann has teamed up with our Beer & Wine Steward Kyle Sanders, to put together a menu that highlights some of the best ingredients our home region offers. We’ll begin the night with a round of house Old Fashioneds, followed by four unique dishes. Each course will be accompanied by a locally made cider, featuring breweries such as Alpine Fire, and Baird & Dewar Farmhouse, giving us a wide variety of exciting Northwest flavors to enjoy.
