Mezcal union

Mezcal Union was born with the purpose of uniting.  From day one, they’ve believed that unity is strength and the path to spark change.   To unite means to gather farmers, producers, mezcaleros, and more people in Mexico and around the world.  This is why in 2008 they named their project “Union” with the purpose of sharing that message with every bottle.   They believe that as more people get to know mezcal, they will generate more opportunities for the people that produce it.

From the very beginning, their purpose was to generate social development for Oaxacan local communities, preserving the tradition of artisanal production of Mezcal.  Mezcal Union catalyzes collaboration amongst every person and community involved in the process of agave farming and mezcal production.  They aim to exalt the name of Mexico, showing new ways to enjoy it, exploring its cities, streets and trying its food and drinks.

Members and their guests are invited to join us for a casual complimentary tasting of Herradura in the Member’s Lounge.
