Join the MWL staff and our friends from Brugal as we experiment with their spectacular rum from the Dominican Republic, and learn about its history and production. Brugal is a 5-generation rum producer and still family-run by Jassil and Gustavo Brugal.  Jassil is one of the few female Maesta Roneras in the rum world and has helped to guide Brugal’s current surge in quality and creativity. With its versatile flavors, Brugal is the perfect spirit for a wide array of spring cocktails, whether it’s chilly and overcast, or bright and sunny!

We’ll have experts Colin Howard and Nic Smith on hand to give us the proper tips and techniques for making flawless cocktails, both shaken and stirred. We will also offer light bites from Chef Ben Grossmann’s kitchen, and to top it all off, each guest will receive a surprise gift to take home!
