Born from Haitian-immigrants and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Bertony Faustin’s journey in developing Abbey Creek Vineyard, aka the “Crick”, has been largely inspired by his Haitian roots and love for Hip Hop.

Returning to the Whiskey Library for our second collaborative event, Bertony has curated five special wines to share with our guests. The five course dinner will feature Haitian inspired dishes with Pacific Northwest ingredients, designed by MWL Executive Chef Jesus Natera with guidance from Nicole Studer of the Crick Kitchen at the O.G. Abbey Creek Winery in North Plains. (Preview the menu below!) As a part of this Hip Hop, Wine & Chill Crickxperience, each course will be paired with a song, inspired by the names and flavors of Bertony’s wines. Official DJ of the Trail Blazers, DJ OG One, will be in attendance spinning all night long!

Due to the nature of the event, select seating will be communal. Seating requests will be accommodated to the best of our ability with advance notice. Please note the menu is pre-fixe, we politely decline all substitutions and alterations.
