American Whiskey Late Harvest Pairing Dinner
We welcome members and guests to join us at the Library for celebration of late harvest produce, each course designed to pair with a flight of small batch, American crafted whiskey.

Edwin Cruz, American Whiskey West Coast Ambassador of Beam Suntory will be in attendance to guide our guests through the featured flight, sharing what makes each, distinct spirit stand out. A portion of each ticket sold will be donated to Columbia Riverkeeper, a non-profit organization defending the health of our water systems across the state. Due to the nature of this event, select seating will be communal. We will accommodate all seating requests made in advance to the best of our ability.
This menu is pre-fixed, and we politely decline all substitutions and alterations.

sunchoke bisque, local chanterelle

braised bone in short rib, roasted butternut
squash puree, cippollini onions, sourdough crumbs
poached plum, mascarpone gelato,
wild flower honey, hazelnut crumble
