BAON KAINAN

KITCHEN TAKEOVER

MWL is honored to host our next pairing dinner with Filipino food cart Baon Kainan, (pronounced BAH•oohn  kah•ee•NAAN). The up and coming culinary duo, Geri and Ethan Leung, will be taking over our kitchen to serve a 6 course dinner, showcasing a unique blend of Filipino and American cuisines. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with a cocktail or spirit, hand selected by MWL Spirit Curator and Education Manager, Brett Adams. 

Private and communal seating will be available, and requests will be accommodated on a first come, first served basis. In the interest of public safety we politely request all attendees provide proof of vaccination with a valid ID at check in.
