About the Dinner:

We are thrilled to invite you to join us for another memorable pairing dinner at the Library Table! For this dinner, we will be joined by Beam Suntory West Coast Brand Ambassador, Johnnie Mundell, who will be enjoying the dinner and sharing his knowledge about some of their finest Japanese whisky expressions. The dinner will consist of five courses of Chef Ben Grossmann’s brand of northwest cuisine influenced by Japanese technique and aesthetic, paired with the delicious spirits of the Beam Suntory portfolio.
