Due to high demand, we are excited to announce a 2nd installment of our Bourbon 101 Study Hall! An approachable, flavor-packed introduction to America’s native spirit. Please note this class will be repeating content from our previous Bourbon 101, held on August 27th.

In this guided tasting, we’ll explore a novice-level flight that spans classic Kentucky craftsmanship and signature styles, including selections from Basil Hayden, Knob Creek, Maker’s Mark, and more. Tickets include a welcome cocktail, six pour flight, light hors d’oeuvres, and gratuity.

Led by MWL Spirit Curator & Education Manager Brett Adams, this experience is perfect for those new to bourbon or looking to build a better foundation. Sip, learn, and walk away with a deeper understanding of mash bills, aging, proof, and flavor profiles.
