Clear Creek Distillery was founded in 1985, intent on producing quality spirits utilizing the Pacific Northwest’s abundant produce, and becoming one of the first craft distilleries in the United States. Using copper pot stills and traditional European brandy-making techniques, Clear Creek adds local fruit and berries to create their award-winning spirits.
