This event will be a spirits crash course, exploring the three pillars of production: distillation, fermentation, and manipulation. The flight will highlight three unique spirit categories, each one showcasing the breadth of flavors shaped by these fundamentals (preview the flight below). Whether you have an established home collection, or you’re just getting started, this is the perfect class to bring your home bar a bit of nuance and complexity.
