Westward Oregon Straight Malt Whiskey is an original malt whiskey inspired by the Irish tradition, but crafted in a unique and distinctively American style.  Every hand-numbered bottle begins with a wash of 100% locally-sourced Northwest barley, which is then fermented, and matured in new American oak barrels for at least two years. This process allows Oregon’s unique climate of dry, hot summers and wet, cold winters to contribute to its rich, smooth flavor.

our own hand-selected blend of Westward Whiskey!
In celebration, our Head Chef Ben Grossmann has created a 5-course dinner menu of bountiful Oregon ingredients that compliment the grain-to-glass practices of Westward. Each course will be paired with an original cocktail or a pour of one of House Spirits’ unique expressions, leading up to the first tasting of our MWL blend. Check out Chef Ben’s menu below!
