MWL’s In Rare Form series explores the absolute finest and rarest of spirits available and pairs them with exquisite dishes from our Head Chef, Ben Grossmann. Held in our private Tasting Room, each evening will focus on a collection of our favorite spirits that exemplify the best of their class from around the world, served with foods that reflect the depth of culture and rarity of these amazing spirits. Our Education Manager, Colin Howard, will host these limited-seating sessions with insights and history on the hand-selected flight throughout the dinner. To conclude the evening, Chef Grossmann will join the group for a cocktail and casual Q&A session
coinciding with the final course.

In Rare Form for June 28th will feature the diverse and delicious impact of sherry casks on single malt whiskeys.  A rare, 125-year-old solera Palo Cortado will also be poured as we explore what makes sherry such a unique expression within the wine world. This edition’s food menu will draw inspiration from the the rich history of sherry-making and Catalan cuisine, featuring traditional ingredients such as manchego cheese and housemade chorizo, leading up to a steak from our good friends at Laney Family Farms.
