In Rare Form explores the finest and rarest selections of our spirit catalog, paired with exquisite dishes from our Head Chef, Ben Grossman. Held in our private Tasting Room, the evening will focus on a collection of our favorite luxury spirits that exemplify the best of their class from around the world.

Our Education Manager, Colin Howard, will host the evening with insights and history of the hand-selected flights throughout the dinner.

November 15th we will be featuring “rare cuts” of Oregon Beef from our friends at Laney Family Farms. We will be serving cuts rarely seen in the US utilizing antique butchery techniques. The richer flavor of these cuts will match beautifully with the nuance and depth of our featured spirits, which include Don Julio 1942, Ron Zacapa XO Centenario, and Lagavulin 25 year Single Malt.
