Kitchen Killa Kitchen Takeover
We are pleased to invite members and guests to the next installment of our Kitchen Takeover series, welcoming Chef Kiara Hardy of Kitchen Killa Culinary Solutions. Inspired by the diverse population of South Florida, Chef Kiara is designing a 5 course Floribbean style blind tasting menu, which will be revealed to guests the night of the event.
Incorporating flavors of the South, Latin America, and the Caribbean, Chef Kiara blends fresh produce, seafood, and herbs that are uniquely popular to the region. Dietary restrictions will be accommodated for this event, but notice of dietary restrictions are required at the time of ticket purchase.
Each dish will be thoughtfully paired with a handcrafted cocktail, wine, or spirit selected by MWL Spirit Curator and Education Manager Brett Adams and Lead Bartender Cody Mulcahy.
Due to the nature of this event, all seating will be pre-assigned, with select communal seating. Seating requests made in advance will be accommodated to the best of our ability. Following dinner, Chef Kiara will join guests in the Library for an intimate meet and greet.
