Members and their guests are invited to join us for a casual complimentary tasting of Knob Creek Bourbons.

Created in 1992 by Booker Noe as a part of the Small Batch Bourbon Collection, it was inspired by the Bottled-in-Bond Act to represent the high quality and full flavor of pre-Prohibition-style whiskey. Characterized by the sweetness of its mashbill, Knob Creek is aged a minimum of 9 years, distilled at a lower proof, and bottled at 100 proof to give it its authentic, full-flavor profile.

Dedicated to creating the definitive bourbon, they strive to set the standard. Knob Creek upholds the highest principles of bourbon-making. Every stroke set purposely and precisely, every drop crafted with conviction. Embossed, stamped, molded and sealed with defining quality.
