Our Head Chef Ben Grossmann has teamed up with our Beer & Wine Steward Kyle Sanders, to put together a menu that highlights some of the best ingredients our home region offers. We’ll begin the night with a round of house Old Fashioneds, followed by four unique dishes. Each course will be accompanied by a locally made cider, featuring breweries such as Alpine Fire, and Baird & Dewar Farmhouse, giving us a wide variety of exciting Northwest flavors to enjoy.
