Meet Your Maker with Anaïs Brisson of Park Cognac
Ms. Anaïs Mathilde Brisson, US Brand Manager for Distillerie Tessendier, was born and raised in Cognac, France. Her family owns an large estate steeped in tradition, where they have been growing grapes for distillers for generations. Anaïs has a Viticulture and a Marketing & Management of Spirits degree from the premiere Business school in Bordeaux, INSEEC, and spends her time travelling the United States for Distillerie Tessendier, educating folks about the wonderful collection of cognacs of Maison Park.
Anaïs will share with us several expressions created by Park, includingPark Cognac VS, Park Cognac VSOP, Park Cognac Borderies Single Vineyard, a special surprise, and our very own Park Cognac MWL Private Barrel Borderies 18yr! Light bites will also be provided by our kitchen to complement the taste profiles of Park’s cognac. Following the lively round table discussion, we welcome you to stay at the Library and spend time at our fireplace for an additional dram or two.
