Lee Medoff started distilling in 1998 after years of working as a brewer and winemaker in Oregon. He also started House Spirits in 2004, successfully putting Portland in the national spotlight as a mecca for craft distilling. Lee will be pouring several delicious offerings from Bull Run’s current line-up, as well as discussing his process and philosophy of how he makes some of Oregon’s finest whiskey. Following the tasting and lively round table discussion, we welcome you to stay at the Library and spend time at our fireplace for an additional dram or two.
