Nathan Kaiser founded 2Bar spirits in 2012, named after his family’s Texas ranch, which has been around for over 5 generations. Carrying on the family’s legacy of quality, independence, and hard work, Nathan established 2Bar as the first distillery in Seattle to make 100% local Bourbon. Using grains sourced from Washington and Oregon, they set the standard for locally-produced spirits.

Nathan will be here to share with us 3 whiskeys from 2Bar’s portfolio, celebrating the launch of and including their new Rye! Be among the first in Oregon to taste this new expression! Light bites will also be provided by our kitchen to complement the taste profiles of the spirits.  Following the tasting and lively round table discussion, we welcome you to stay at the Library and spend time at our fireplace for an additional dram or two.
