We are thrilled to announce the next installment of our Study Hall series, celebrating craftsmanship, flavor, and sustainability. Join us at Multnomah Whiskey Library for a guided exploration of Single Malt whisky and sustainably sourced oysters, curated to showcase how environmental stewardship elevates both land and sea.
Guests will enjoy a lineup of distinctive Single Malt selections alongside oysters harvested with eco-forward practices, all while learning about distilleries that prioritize regenerative agriculture, energy efficiency, and responsible resource management. The exceptional flight and freshly shucked oysters have been chosen to highlight the depth, minerality, and character shared between sea and spirit.
Tickets include a welcome cocktail, four pour flight, 4 oyster pairings, additional hors d’oeuvres, and gratuity. The flight will be guided by MWL Service Manager Ross Richardson, previously at the helm of Flying Fish, with experience in sourcing high quality, thoughtfully sourced seafood. A memorable night for whiskey lovers, oyster enthusiasts, and anyone curious about how thoughtful production shapes world-class flavor. We hope to see you there!
