In this spirit, Cameron has teamed up with our Head Chef Ben Grossmann to create a dynamic 5-course pairing menu, showcasing classic Piedmont wines and recipes. Cameron will offer his expertise and insight on the beverage selections, starting with Luigi Giordano’s unique 2013 sparkling Nebbiolo, followed by Angelo Negro’s 2015 “Serra Lupini” Roero Arneis and 2013 “Prachiosso” Roero Nebbiolo. With the main course, we will taste Luigi Giordano’s robust 2012 Barbaresco Montestefano, and the evening will conclude with dessert paired with a glass of Angelo Negro’s lightly sparkling 2015 “Birbet” Roero Brachetto.
