Proof and Wood Ventures was created in 2015 by David Schmeir, who helped to develop Redemption Rye and many others. His wish is to excel in finding the best whiskeys (and other spirits) from around the world and aging them and finishing them to perfection. There is a whiskey for everyone in this portfolio. From the budget friendly bar cocktail options to high end sought-after releases.
Members and their guests are invited to join us for a casual complimentary tasting of Proof and Wood with Strongwater Beverages Manager Jenna Pollock
