In Rare Form explores the finest and rarest of our spirits paired with exquisite dishes from our Head Chef, Ben Grossman. Held in our private Tasting Room, each evening will focus on a collection of our favorite select spirits that exemplify the best of their class from around the world. Our Education Manager, Colin Howard, will host the evening with insights and history on the hand-selected flight throughout the dinner. March 14th will feature the first night of this series with a collection of Scotch single malts from Springbank, Auchroisk and Cragganmore.
