We are thrilled to announce the next installment of our Study Hall series, taking a deep dive into the complex and rich history of Scotland’s native spirit. Scotch is a category with endless depth and production methods, with countless nuance in flavor from blends, to sherry casks, to peat.
In this guided tasting, guests will taste through an intermediate-level flight, exploring modern distillation methods inspired by original 15th century practices. Led by MWL Spirit Curator & Education Manager Brett Adams, this experience is perfect for those looking to build on their foundational knowledge of Scotch, and expand their list of favorites.
Tickets include a welcome cocktail, six pour flight, light hors d’oeuvres, and gratuity. Sip, learn, and walk away with a deeper understanding of single malt, peat, aging, and specialty cask finishes. Whether you’re just getting started or want to refine your palate, our Scotch Study Hall is your ticket to sipping with confidence.
