MWL Pairing Dinner

The Best of the Northwest Pairing Dinner

We are pleased to announce our first pairing dinner of 2021, celebrating the rich, regional delicacies of the Pacific Northwest. MWL Executive Chef, Robert Kelly, will be preparing a five part dinner inspired by locally sourced ingredients. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with regional wines, spirits, or cocktails by MWL expert and spirit curator Kyle Sanders.


Cozy up by the fire to welcome the beginning of Fall and enjoy the best of what the library has to offer. You can make it a special night for two, a gathering for friends, or an opportunity to get to know the other members who make up the MWL community. Both private and communal seating will be available, we will accept requests on a first come, first served basis.

Broiled oyster with watercress & bacon butter

Seared albacore tuna, compressed melon salad & aged balsamic 

Red kale, figs, hazelnuts, with a honey & cardamom vinaigrette 

Braised, bone-in short rib with roasted sunchokes and king trumpet mushrooms 

Butterscotch and chocolate panna cotta
