Sour Cocktail Class
The Library is thrilled to announce the next installment of our Cocktail Class series, taking a deep dive into one of our most popular classics: the Whiskey Sour.
Guests will learn how older cocktail classics informed the Whiskey Sour we know and love today, with a focus on ingredients, build, and technique. This will be a rare chance for guests to learn the art of frothing egg whites, an arduous but crucial element to the perfect sour. MWL Education Manager and Spirit Curator Brett Adams will guide guests through the crucial elements of sours, while MWL Bar Program Manager Cody Mulcahy provides step by step instruction behind the bar. Tickets include 1 welcome beverage, cocktail samples, one self-made whiskey sour, light hors d’oeuvres, and gratuity. This won’t be a class to miss!
TICKETS AVAILABLE MARCH 6TH AT 6PM
