Join us on Saturday, April 23rd for our Southern Classics Cocktail Class featuring I.W. Harper Bourbon. This straight bourbon whiskey was distilled at the current Bernheim Distillery, and aged at the Stitzel-Weller Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky, right at the heart of bourbon country, producing a whiskey that is steeped in history and tradition. Reserve your seat for our class to learn what makes bourbon bourbon, as well as the history and recipes of Southern American cocktails, such as the Sazerac, Julep, and Seelbach. Enjoy some light bites from the kitchen, and take home a surprise gift from all of us here at the Library!
