The Library is excited to welcome members and guests for a rare tasting of The Macallan line, featuring four unique expressions from the iconic distillery. Famous for their signature sherried style and propelling single-malts into fashion, The Macallan has built a reputation as one of the world’s leading whiskies.

To celebrate their 200th anniversary, The Macallan has released the Time : Space collection, two bottles specially created to honor the past masters of The Macallan. MWL has been lucky enough to acquire their Time : Space Mastery, a reflection of “the legacy of Whisky Mastery throughout the last 200 years [to] create something which was without question classically identifiable as The Macallan,” as shared by the Creative Director of Macallan, Jaume Ferras, in the Whisk[e]y Wash.

To pair with this epic release, MWL Spirit Curator and Education Manager Brett Adams and Edrington Spirits Northwest Manager Matt Holtgreve have curated a flight to highlight the obscure and rare expressions of The Macallan. The flight will be thoughtfully paired with a spread of hors d’oeuvres to bring out the unique flavors of each whisky.

Dietary restrictions will be accommodated to the best of our ability. Due to the nature of this event, all seating will be pre-assigned, with select communal seating.
