We are thrilled to announce our next Study Hall event, introducing a second installment of Time & Temperature! Guests will review traditional bourbon production and aging methods, taking a deep dive into distillery microclimates and how they influence the final flavor. We will try six unique whiskeys from Wild Turkey, all with the same mash bill and still, but with wildly different flavors.

Guests will enjoy a Wild Turkey Old Fashioned to pair with a personal cheese board, deviled eggs, and our house bread basket. This will be an intimate guided tasting in the Library’s Tasting Room, with only six seats available per seating, so tickets will go quickly! We hope to see you there!
