We are thrilled to announce the next installment of our Study Hall series, focusing on the power of time and temperature in bourbon production. Guests will review traditional bourbon production and aging methods, then take a deep dive into distillery microclimates and how they influence the final flavor. We will try six unique whiskeys from Heaven Hill, all with the same mash bill and still, but with wildly different flavors.

Guests will enjoy a traditional, southern fried chicken dinner to pair with the flight served family style. This will be an intimate guided tasting in the Library’s Tasting Room, with only six seats available per seating, so tickets will go quickly! We hope to see you there!
