Share in the bounty of Oregon summer with our friends from Vibrant Valley Farms on Sauvie Island.  Our Head Chef Ben Grossmann is teaming up with Kara Gilbert, founder of Vibrant Valley Farms, to create a 5-course dinner at the height of the summer harvest. Each course will be hyper-seasonal and designed around what will be growing specifically at the end of August. Each seasonal dish will be paired with either a local wine or cocktail made with infusions from the farm to help highlight the versatility of the products lovingly raised on by Kara on Sauvie Island. Kara will be sitting down to enjoy Chef’s creations and talk about her process, life as a farmer, and the mission behind
Vibrant Valley Farms.
