Join us for a guided tasting led by Westward Whiskey’s Lead Distiller Anna Mantheakis, exploring science of yeast in whiskey development, and the art of fermentation. Tickets include a Westward cocktail, featured flight, and hors d’oeuvres, which includes Ken’s Artisan Sourdough bread basket and cultured butter to compliment the flight’s unique flavors. About Anna Mantheakis
Anna is the Lead Distiller in Technical Development & Innovation at Westward Whiskey. She began her career as a traveling winemaker and has crushed grapes all over the world. She dreams up creative solutions to technical puzzles, tests new recipes, and blends whiskey with headphones on.
