Miso Making & Private Garden Tour to Follow

Spend an autumn afternoon with us at Portland Japanese Garden exploring two traditions rooted in time, care, and transformation. (Note: this event is included in the purchase of an In Good Company package. If you’ve already purchased your package, we’ll email you separately. We’ll begin with an intimate, one-hour miso-making experience led by Jorinji Miso, learning about the remarkable fermentation process that turns a few simple ingredients into something deeply complex.

Afterward, guests are invited to linger for a private tour of Portland Japanese Garden—a rare opportunity to experience the garden together as it begins its transition into fall.
