Bagels Not Bourbon with Alexis Braly James

BE IN THE ROOM WHERE THE CONVERSATION HAPPENS

Bagels Not Bourbon is Multnomah Whiskey Library’s newest event series.  A breakfast lecture for the MWL community, bringing some of our most remarkable and inspiring members and community leaders together.

Join us for our first event on Friday September 29th from 8:00 – 10:00 a.m. We’ve invited Alexis Braley James, the Founder and CEO of Construct The Present, to lead a panel to discuss Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and the ways Portland is continuing the work in different industries.

Alexis Braly James, the Founder and CEO of Construct The Present and 4 local social impact leaders have spent years doing this work and have seen the landscape change under their feet. This diverse group of panelists will share their insights, and unique initiatives specific to their organizations. Friday’s discussion will revolve around one question, Why does DEI matters so much in today’s world and how does it affects people and organizations?
