Glenmorangie’s Signet is a rare and voluptuous single malt, matured in the distillery’s oldest and rarest casks that have spent between 30 and 40 years aging by the Dornoch Firth. It’s a unique spirit made with dark roasted chocolate malted barley and aged in Spanish oak Oloroso sherry barrels, resulting in flavors of Aruba espresso, plum pudding and a myriad symphony of spice and citrus.

We will be joined by Travis Tidwell, Brand Ambassador for Glenmorangie, to offer his knowledge and insight on the range of Glenmorangie Scotches. Travis will taste us on the Original, the Lasanta, and the Quinta Ruban, and finish the evening with Signet, all paired with unique and delectable courses, created by our Head Chef, Ben Grossmann.
