Muri ‘Passing Clouds’
Danish-made, small-production, Noma-trained non-alcoholic sparkler demonstrating there’s no need to sacrifice texture and taste in the name of a festive beverage.
Sparkling and refreshing with bright acidity and a heady nose of flowers, honey and ripe fruits. Passing Clouds is dry but with multiple dimensions of flavors and a vinous funkiness. Our original blend, named after a once-eponymous venue in London’s East End, is ethereal, uplifting, and perfect for celebrations.
Serve chilled in a champagne flute. Pair it with aromatic dishes, seafood and white rinded cheese. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.
For Bitter For Worse ‘Rose City Fizz’
Locally developed and produced, For Bitter For Worse has committed to embracing occasion and community for the sober minded and those simply looking to cut back. The Rose City Fizz is Playful and berry-forward with notes of Tart cherry, fresh pomegranate, bitter orange, rose water, and cardamom.
Serve chilled in a champagne flute. Pair this with picnic fare, a cheese board, tacos, or any dish you’d pair with sangria.
Deschutes Black Butte Non-Alcoholic Porter
Behold: all the delicious richness of a porter without the buzz. Chocolate, coffee, malty.
St. Agrestis ‘Phoney Espresso Negroni’
Phony Espresso Negroni is made utilizing the base of our beloved classic Phony Negroni. This bitter foundation is perfectly balanced and blended with the rich, acidic and bitter notes of espresso, brewed in house using only the finest roasted espresso beans, all to keep you going further. These layered botanicals paired with a touch of carbonation provide a silky mouthfeel that mimics the bite of alcohol.
Enjoy in a rocks glass over ice with a coffee bean garnish, orange twist, or from the bottle anywhere.
Everleaf ‘Forest’
A bittersweet blend of sustainably sourced botanical distillates and extracts carefully chosen to capture forest flavours. Bathe in the exotic saffron, rich Madagascan vanilla and honeyed orange blossom of sun-streaked forest floors.
How to Enjoy: 1 part Everleaf Forest, 3 parts light tonic, load of ice and garnish with an orange wheel.
No & Low Sparkling Chardonnay
Fresh & delicate bouquet of pear & dried apricot. Medium body that is dry with a balanced acidity, effervescent, tart green apple, unripened pear, lime zest & kiwi with flavorful and lasting finish.
